I bought my house in Florida almost a year ago. It was inspected then & was termite free. It is now "termite season". I have a service that sprays for pests, but does not include termites. A termite "bond" is over $1000 per year. Any advice? Thanks/Jina

I lived in North Central Florida for 9 years before coming to Arkansas and had termite protection plans from 2 different companies. Never paid anywhere close to that. Check out some bigger companies. I had to pay an initial inspection fee and treatment but then $300.00 a year for all pest control and yearly inspection and treatment for termites.
