Is that one of the crotch rocket micro-bikes? If so, I wouldn't be comfortable riding it if someone GAVE it to me. Dangerous, not only because of size, but inferior parts. Like wheel bearings that fall out when the bike is new...before it is ever even ridden. That wouldn't be good at 35mph 6" off the ground. I've worked on dozens of them. Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong thing?

I have personally looked at and worked on them. Nice piece of machinery. You get a lot for your money however they are very restricted from the factory with a few rather inexpensive mods (comparitively speaking) they can become very formitable
