does house settlling and everyday movement cause joint and wall to
fireplace cracks ? how do you repair them with mortar maybe.
I would insert picture but i don't know how.

Rafael, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Yes, settling can cause cracks. If they are just around the outside of the fireplace you could use mortar to repair them. If they are inside the fireplace then a firebrick mortar would have to be used. If that is the case, I would get a Pro to do it. There are certain things that have to be done and you don't want to take the chance of doing it wrong and burning your house down. Good luck.
P.S. Look up in the chimney to check for interior cracks.
