I am getting ready to prime my kitchen walls and cabinets with BIN. I have a gas furnace and water heater in the utility room in the kitchen. What are the chances I am going to blow myself up? Or should I just shut off the water heater and furnace?

Well it's a good product, but does have a low flash point and is considered flammable. Better to error on the side of caution and kill the pilot lights until you're finished and everything has dried.

Chances are slim you'll blow yourself up but why take a chance. Shut off the pilot lights.

Might as well unplug the refridgerator as well[compressor sparks] oh and turn off the lights[blown bulbs are dangerous]. Why do you feel the need to use the Bin rather than the bullseye 123. which may not smell the greatest but is completely safe. It sticks to everything tenaciously and is a great primer sealer for your project. The Bin is overkill imo unles you have a good reason.
