Electronic Alarms and Home Security Devices - Entry Announcer Doorbell combo?

This seemed to be the best place to ask this question. I am looking for a wireless doorbell that includes some sort of electric eye/motion detector for the upstairs apartment at my house. I have two sets of outdoor stairs I would like to have "bugged" in this fashion, and one gate where I would like a doorbell. There are several dogs and cats which live here also so I would have to be able to tune/adjust the system to above their height. I would like to be able to find a system that had both doorbell and entry announcement funtion rather than buy two separate units.

It's a good little system that I believe will do everything you want to do.
