I am trying to locate an online supply house for items that can't be found in the big box stores.

I am looking for a distribution box. I have three of them in my attic but I am finishing my basement and require another.

Basically what I am calling a distribution box is of the same material that plenum's are constructed of. Basically a very dense insultion material.

Does anyone know of an online supply house where I might be able to locate this stuff?

Any help would be appreciated.

You may have to have your local sheet metal shop make one.. Othewise, look in the yellow pages for the supply stores.

What you are looking for is fiberglass duct board. if you go this way make sure you get the right tape to use on it. We use heat seal tape on the duct all the time.
