Considering putting a roof deck up

[new home 33]

We have a 3rd floor condo with roof rights. Currently our home has no deck and we are considering putting a deck up on the roof. We will have fantastic water views & city views. We just are not sure where to start or home much this type of a project will cost us. We will need to build access to the roof as well.
