My porcelain bathroom sink is has several line cracks - one of which seems to leak all the way through. How can I repair the sink?

Try some porcelain paint, find it in the paint department, if it don't work, then time for a new sink.

Can you remove the sink from the countertop? If so, replace the sink. If not, you can call a bathtub refinishing outfit.
Look in your local Yellow pages under "Bathtub & sink repair & refinishing".
The will come out and coat the bath sink with a Urathane paint. It will look like you install a brand new sink.
P.S. This is not a DIY job.
