I have tried this using my arm/disarm code but in the middle of inputing the time I get a series of beeps, and I can go no further.
I do not have a "Master or Installer code". :alarm: I purchased my system from Benchmark Security and I am told that they have a unique installers code. The office I purchased my equipment from has moved or gone out of business.
Does anyone know this Benchmark code? I cannot switch monitoring companies or fix this trouble light without it. :wall:

This function is used to set the System Clock time and to set the
Auto-Arm time as well as toggle a number of system functions. As
soon as the command is entered, the “Memory, “Bypass” and
“Trouble ” lights begin to flash.
Enter [6][Master Code] [1] Setting the Clock
The System Clock is a 24 Hr. clock and times must be entered as2-digit numbers.
e.g. HH - 01, 02, .... 10, 11, .... 23, 24
MM - 01, 02, .... 35, 36, .... 58, 59
8:05 AM would be entered as 0805
1:30 PM would be entered as 1330
then
Enter the Date in Months, Days and Years (MM DD YY).
If this is the sequence you are trying to use to set the time, then your options start to get limited. For most installations, the master code is the main user code. If these Benchmark people did something odd, then you are looking at resetting the whole system, not fun, if you can avoid it. There is a chance that they locked out a lot of local program functions.
