Power washing doesn't seem to remove all the chalk from aluminum siding. Hand scrubbing with bleach does. Is there a better way, i.e. less work, than hand scrubbing.

If you use a powerwasher that will wash with hot water and a cleaning solution at the same time, that may help. Otherwise, there are pre-painting washes/cleaners that can be applied with a pump sprayer and powerwashed off. These washes/cleaners are aval. at True Value, Lowes, and Home Depot.
