I have a warranty issue with American Standard bathroom faucets. I have phoned their 800 # - guess what? No answer!
In frustration after several hours of holding on, I wrote them a letter, including photos of the offending items. Guess what? No reply!

They choose not to provide an e-mail address on their website (which must be the cheapest, quickest and easiest way of communicating in the 21st century...) Sooo - does anyone out there know of an e-mail address on which they can be contacted about warranty items?

Or, does anyone have any insider tips on other ways of getting hold of this warranty-shy and communication-shy company?

Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the weblink to AS and phone #. I already have those and am having zero success at getting a reply. If possible, I'd like to get their E-MAIL address; preferably the one of the department that specifically deals with warranty claims....
Cheers!

What is this warranty all about? What happened? please tell us.

The chrome finish on all five identical single-lever bathroom faucets has broken down. The base metal has erupted through the chrome finish like acne. (Looks like the chromework on a fifty year old car that has spent its life driving on salted roads!). They were fitted three years ago. I feel sure that AS has a lifetime warranty on its products but, in any case, they shouldn't deteriorate in such a short time. :wall:

(I've had issues with MOEN in the past but they have a) been easy to contact and b) responded efficiently and quckly...)

Talk to a supply house that deals with American Standard, they might get you somewhere fast.
