I decided to replace my brown toilet with a white one. Cement slab floor, 3 wax rings, the bottom one had the deluxe kind with the plastic funnel built in. the toilet flange it self is 2" in front and 1.5" in the back from the top of the tile floor, no wonder they used 3 wax rings. I would like to raise the toilet flange to the correct position. The pipe is 3". would it be OK to buy a new flange and set it on top of the old one, cement it in?

Any help you could offer would be appreciated.
