Water Supply won't turn back on after replacement

I just replaced the entire flushing mechanism in my toilet and when I went to turn the water supply back on nothing happened. I took the water supply line out of the tank and tried turning it on and no water comes out. Any ideas? :wall:

You didn't say if you turned off the main water supply or the valve under the toilet. If it was the one under the toilet, check to see if the stem is turning or maybe the handle stripped out and that is all that is turning. Take the handle off and try a pair of vice grips or pliers.
