This is my first year with a woodstove. It is an osburn 2300.It was wett installed. Is it normal for a little smoke to come from the stove when adding wood? My air exchanger is running all the time and I am thinking that it alone could put my home in a negative pressure. My home is about 8 years old and fairly airtight.

hi
yes it's normal to have some little smoke when door open to insert wood .
It's call backdraf.
I don't think it will cause major problem with your exchanger.
remember a wood stove is a dry heat.
