Entertainment Center: TVs, Stereos, VCRs and DVDs - need help with this zenith pvr4663rk

i got the hv splitter installed and dialed in pretty good,before service manual arrived.when i got it i went to adjust the g2 and electronic focus by the book.well now all is good except red has problems,when adjusting the red g2 i move it very very slow and its almost there then bam,it blooms bright red,then calms down a bit,but never gets quit there.the blue and green dial in real smooth.i changed all 3 R5102's on the crt's still same problem.i took a look at the sweep module and i can see a hot resistor # R3267 right next to flyback.i took it out it messured 3.9 ohm,book says 4.7 1 watt,so i changed it.the solder points looked a little weak,so i beefed them up,but the problem is still there.i can get a sweep module repair kit comes with flyback and all the common failure pieces for 79.00,but not sure if this is the problem.original problem was fuzzy dim picture,that was diffinatly the hv splitter,it was cracked and that problem went away after install.i also pulled and checked R5110,R5111 and R5112 from red crt board.any one with a clue please let me know. :confused:
