Where can I get a list of ALL the options so I can program my Simon 3 the way I want it ?? My monitoring company (to remain nameless) wants $25 to come out every time, then they do what they want to and not what I want. I know the guy's code, I just don't know what all the options are. To start with, I want to turn the indicator lights back on. He said that their company's default is to leave them off, but then my kids can't readily see if the system is set or not, triggering too many false alarms!!

You need the installer manual. There are a number of online sources for the manuals for this system.

I forget the option for the arm/disarm lights, but it's in the installer manual.
