How do repair a cracked steam radiator?

We have a steam radiator built into the wall of a bathroom. The radiator is about 5 feet long by 9 inches tall with a flat front. It has two cracks in it which means it leaves puddles of condensate on the floor.

How do you repair these cracks?

I don't know anyway to repair the cracks except to remove the radiator and take it to an outfit that can do cold welding. Its necessary for work on cast iron.
