Hi, My son has an Advent 32" Model Q328A- less than 2 years old that has color when you turn the tv on, but if you change channels, he loses color for 15- 20 minutes. The color then comes back and is fine until you change a channel again. Also, when he watches a DVD, the color on it is fine if you set the DVD on PAL versus NTSC. On NTSC, there is no color- obviously, in North America, we should be in NTSC. Don't know if the region on the DVD player is set for PAl, am going to check tonight when I go over to his house. This is driving us nuts tring to decipher the problem. Can someone please help with an answer Thanks
