dryer trips breaker after 5 min

This problem started about two weeks ago. The clothes were taking longer and longer to get dry. Found out yeasterday that the vent was clogged. The load of clothes I dried last night took normal time to dry,but this morning it tripped the breaker after 10 min. It continues to keep tripping the breaker every 5 min. All the wiring is new in the last two weeks and the breaker is also new. It is a Whirlpool and it is about 23 years old. Any suggestions?

Hi Kannlong,
- If I'm reading this correctly, - this problem existed before the wiring and breaker were replaced ? If so , check the dryers high limit switch and also the actual heater elements. :cool:
