I have a 2002 Larson with 4.3 engine and I/O volvo penta. I am having problems lifting the foot with the power trim controls. I will go down but not up. I detect no motor noise when attempting to lift the foot up (like there is no power to the unit). Any help would be appreciated.

Is it raised at all?? There is a trim limit and tilt involved here.
If it is not moving at all i would suspect it is a broken wire in the
control box. You must remove the handle to fix it but, first
apply power to the solenoid bridge at the motor to verify that
it is working properly.
