zone valves hotwater heat

need help . have system with 3 white-rodgers type 1361 zone valves and the last zone will turn on and not turn off when controling with a thermasat. what may be the problem. the valve is only 2 years old.

When you say turn on and not turn off, that could only happen once. How do you get it closed? I think you may have pinched thermostat wire. Try disconnecting one of the thermostat wires at the zone valve. If it closes, you have a wiring problem or a pinched wire.
