Hissing and Screaming Steam Radiators

Hi. I have an old steam system that works fine, but the radiators' air vents make lots of noise. Is there a vent on the market that reduces noise or some knid of muffler I can put on them?

I think you may either have problems with the main vents or are running to high of a pressure. You should be able to hear the vents but they should not be noisy.
