My pilot light keeps going out. I replaced the thermocouple and cleaned the pilot feed tube. Also the furnace will cycle 2 or 3 times after correct thermostat temp is reached, is this normal. thank you :coffee:

Are you saying the furnace will run 2 or 3 cycles, then the plilot goes out?
Is the pilot flame strong and wrapped around the thermocouple?

You say you cleaned out the pilot FEED tube??? Did you blow up in the Venturi there around the pilot that is the main part to clean for a good flame on the thermocouple.

the pilot coil in the gas valve may be weak and the gas valve may need to be replaced.
You see the thermocouple makes an electrical current from the flame that feeds to a coil in the gas valve which pulls down a magnet and opens the gas port to the pilot burner.
If you have a good flame that envelopes the thermocouple that is enough heat to pull in the coil.
