Hi, I have a Magnavox projection tv that I bought used about a month ago. It has a good pic the alot of red comes in and then returns to normal after about 10-20 seconds. The TV is about 7-8 years old. Did I buy a lemon? Can I fix this myself? Should I throw this away??... any help appreciated...I am pretty handy, but I can't tell a capacitor from a resistor( though I could figure it out with alittle help). Maybe a little guidence...Thanks in advance!

blinking is usually a solder joint that needs resoldered or a capacitor going bad.
