Can anyone tell me how old a "Quiet Partner II" model DU940PWK Q0 (I think) is? It is not draining and I don't know what a service charge would be to come out to check/fix it. If you can identify the age, could you indicate if you think it's worth fixing? Running Cancel/Drain after the regular cycle used to work, but is now barely eliminating a tiny bit of extra water for each time I use it.
