I'm installing a ceiling mounted bathroom vent. As far as the vent goes I have two options.
1) Run it out to exterior wall and vent over a window.
2) Run it over to an interior wall, up through the second floor, through the second floor attic and out of the roof or elbow over and down out of the second floor soffit.
Number 1 above is much easier and a shorter run (9') with one 90* turn but can I vent over a window?
Number 2 above results in at least 17' of ductwork and one possibly two 90* turns.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
Thanks Gary
