model is made by Whirlpool (according to chart). The problem I have is water is collecting on the inside of the refrigerator section. I have also noticed water dripping from air vent at top of section. Ice then forms on the bottom shelves and water collects on top shelves.
Drip pan underneath refrigerator is dry. There are two lines that end a few inches above the pan.
Also of note I replace the water pump? for the ice maker a few months ago. The water line appears to be in the correct spot (line ends in the ice maker).

I assume that one or both tubes leading out of the bottom of the refrigerator are drain tubes. I can see no obstruction, and I can insert a pencil all the way up the tube. If there is an obstruction further up the tube, how do I get to it?
Sorry to ask, what is probably an easy question, but I have never worked on a refrigerator, and don't want to mess it up to the point of having to buy a new one. Though, that may please my wife.
Thank you

No sweat, -not a stupid question, these are complicated machines.
The tube I meant is in the freezer, usually just below the little fan. if this is ice plugged it won't run right. The fan also can cause this problem if it's not running enough. Does the freezer look to have more ice than normal?Post back , I'll check tomorrow
