I have a 1200 sq ft basement - L shaped. I'm finishing about 900 sq ft of it.
Most of the short side of the L will be unfinished, about 4 ft along outside wall,
and will have the furnace. I'm installing an access door between unfinished and finished rooms and it will be 30" louvered, as well as another solid door on the other end.

Is this enough ventilation between rooms and for the furnace?

As long you have fresh air brought into the furnace area, you should be ok with any doors.. If you don't have fresh air brought in, then yes you need the open front doors to let air into the furnace room.

That 30" louvered door will work just fine for you. If you are going to pick up a cold air down there which you should . Run it from the cold air drop to out the wall so it is not in that room
