I've got a dead kenmore dishwasher with an electronic control. The main circuit board has AC voltage. Door interlock has AC present, and when bypassed, applies voltage back to circuit board. Thermostat is shorted, and if I remember correctly also had AC present. How ever the thing is dead. None of the buttons do anything. I assumed a normal failure in the touch panel wouldn't take out all the buttons. So I ordered a new circuit board. Reinstalled the new PCB, reconnected the 3 incoming connectors cables, the touch pad and the thermostat. nada. Still nothing.

Anybody got any suggestions before I drop another $150 on a new touch panel.

FWIF, I did bypass the interlock before trying the buttons.

Thanks,
Pat
