Clothing storage supported by roof supports?

We want to free up closet space by moving clothing on hangers to the attic. I have devised a rack in the attic by hanging a 10 ft. length of electrical conduit on the 2x4 roof supports.

We have not yet started using this setup, and I'm now wondering if this is a good / bad / indifferent idea. Will this place unnecessary strain on the roof supports?

I you have standard roof trust there should be no problem
there usualy made to support 90 pound per square in
It migth get pretty warm up there for closes.
Maybe if you have room build a storage closet .
