Hi, I have a built in Whirlpool oven (model = Generation 2000+)

I took it off to clean, and when I tried to put it back on, the catches closed up, and I cant open them again to put the door back on.

The instructions just say 'make sure the catches dont close' but then makes no mention of what to do it they do.

Can anyone help here?
I am thinking about my CHristmas turkey, and how I am going to cook this.

Any help would be appreciated

The door hinges are likely kept closed by springs. You may have to remove the side panel or top to get at them. :cool:
