Having problems with water dispenser. Ice-maker works fine. Replace valve and still not working. I understand that the water dispenser gets its 120v from the ice-maker. So, I checked the voltage at the electrical outlet(120v), then I checked it where the cord goes into this connector that plugs into the frig(120v), I then checked the connector that plugs into the ice-maker side of the valve(15v) and the same for the other side. Is this correct? Should I be getting 120v on both plugs? If so, what should i check? Also, when I plugged them into the valve, I don't get any voltage. HELP!!!!!!!!One more thing, I also checked the voltage on the inside plug for the ice-maker(120v)
