How do you fix indoor trims and doors that have been banged and marked up? How do I make them look like new again with the least amount of work!

Generally speaking, almost any finish will be enhanced by applying another coat of teh same finish - that's the good news. The bad news is you must sand the existing finish in order for the new coat to have a surface to stick to.

If you're dealing with a painted surface, marks such as scuff marks, pencil, etc., can be painted over. Many of these marks will be removed anyway when you sand.

For a clear finish, marks such as those mentioned will need to be cleaned off or sanded out. Obviuosly, a clear finish isn't going to hide them.

A clear finish reapplication will hide many of the minor dings and scratches, however.

While I can appreciate your wanting the best job for the least amount of work, the final results will depend more on the amount of time you put into this project than the quality of materials.
