Kitchen Large Electric Appliances - Viking or Subzero bottom mount refrigerator?

Help! I'm nearing the end of the planning phase and must order cabinets/refrigerator asap. I initially chose the Viking 36 inch bottom mount stainless over the Subzero because I liked the look of the Viking better and didn't care for the large grill over the Subzero. I also thought the meat-deli/vegetable large pull out drawer would be fabulous for vegetables. Later I realized that it is not sealed and may not really be suited for vegetables. The subzero seems more suited to vegetable storage/preservation and has a large sealed drawer.
The only consumer reports I have found don't rate repair records for Viking. Subzero didn't fare too well, particularly with water dispenser and icemaker.

Can anyone share their experience/knowledge of the Viking refrigerator vs.
Subzero - especially when it comes to vegetable storage and repair records?
