I saw concrete guys use kind of eposy when they redo the slab: they drill holes at the existing footing, insert the steel bar and fill the holes with this kind of eposy. Do you know what it's called? Is it sold at HomeDepot or I must go somewhere special?

Thanks.

Hilti makes epoxy and concrete adhesives. You may be able to get it at HD or Lowes. I have used one that was a plastic tube that you inserted into the hole and then drove the rod or anchor into and it dried like a heavy plastic. It was an industril product so doubt it can be purchased in a store. Good luck.

the ones I saw was 2 separate tubes. When they pull the trigger the stuffs are mixed together and they are very strong. I stepped on the bar and its not moving.

The stuff from Hilti is that way. Mixes as it leaves the tubes. Some come as a package and some need a seperate gun applicator. Like a caulking gun.
