I have a bedroom made up of laminated chipboard covered with teak veneer.
It's lacquer coated. Has been in use for last 15 years, Evry week it is clean from debris, exhaust (I live in a very busy street, etc with damp artificial camois.
As you may consider its brightness is fainting - what can I use to "revive" it. It original finish was semi matt.

The finish is most probably lacquer. You can find good aerosol lacquers at any hardware or paint store or home center. Personally, I prefer Deft, because it's a good product and widely available. Put on another coat of finish (after cleaning and drying).
