I have a full wall of mirrored closet doors in the master bedroom and I really dislike them. Any suggestions on how to camouflage them would be appreciated - I can't replace them at this time. I was thinking about attaching grasscloth or material with liquid starch ( I saw this on some decorating show) but am unsure how that would work and I would like to get some advice. Any suggestions on other cover-ups would also be appreciated. Thanks.

along those same lines, you could get any kind of wallpaper to stick to them (not really well, but well enough). or, if you'll eventually be replacing them & don't care about preserving them, just paint them. might take several coats, and i wouldn't scrub them or anything once painted, but they should hold up okay.

however, if the rest of your room is painted or papered, a whole wall of grasscloth on the doors will stand out just as much as the mirror is now. instead of turning them into a focal feature, i'd go for blending them in with the walls. so treat them the same as the walls are.
