Septic Tank - Drainage Noises

I bought my house about a year ago and its on a Septic system.

During the summer it didn't do this, however it seems to do it when its colder, don't know why that would make a difference. When I flush my toilet, the bath tub makes a gurgling noise.

The whole system was replaced 3 years ago, I have no slow drainage or any other problems, and the vent is clean. Is this something to be concerned about or is it normal?

not sure about this, but i know more rain and slower drying conditions in winter will cause drainlines to slow and in some cases fail. Check grade to make sure surface water is diverted from your system,dont forget down spouts from gutters .

There are no downsputs draining into the back, and the yard is dry, not soggy anywhere.
