I have no experience with this type of problem, but
you may want to check with another DIY forum, i.e. DoItYourself.com Community Forums > Exterior Home Improvement > Bricks, Masonry & Concrete. I found a product that was recommended on one of the threads.

fill all cracks in basement floor with liquid cement or something. scrap it clean and let completely dry. then paint with oil base paint..it it less fumes. marbeling is hard on larges areas. sponging with alot of colors will eventually look like marble. you need atleast 3 colors too sponge paint, but you can do 4 for a more marble look. i have done 3 basement floors now, but i always drylock it first and put sand in the paint so its not slippery when wet. dry lock can be colored or you can just buy a white 5 gallon and use it as your base coat. you can sponge it by hand, or a [sponge roller would be great. don't forget to get seperate rollers for each color. i always use a white base coat. paint the base coat with a reg roller on a stick, completely base coat the floor atleast two or three coats. what ever paint you use and definitly with house paint put sand in it for traction otherwise it can be slippery. each coat should take atleast an hour to dry, just rub on the floor with your hand to check it. when it dries then you are ready to start and this part is fun. remeber the color sceme shouldgo light to dark....or dark to light. if u use white base coat use the next closet color. dip the roller in the paint pan and paint just like you would on walls. dont cover the white too much if you dont want the floor tooo dark. completely coat the floor and let dry, depending on how much you used it should nnot take too long to dry. then do the same with your 3rd and 4th coats. the best thing about this project is that you learn as you go and most of the time u can fix any problems you have with the seperate colors or start all over. also you should have alot of paint pans so that after you roll your roller in the paint pan you have a clean pan to roll it in so too get off excess. a more dramatic marble effect can be obtained by using a black base coat then lighter shades. once i used a black base coat , then gray, then white, and then a very thin coat of black at the end and it came out beautiful......hope i helped
