I have a problem with my reverse osmosis system not making enough water. It makes about a quarter cup of water and that's about it. I have changed the two carbon cartriges and the five micron. The RO membrane is about two years old. I have a booster pump to bump up the city pressure from 50 psi to 70 psi. The reject water line is constantly flowing but no product water is being produced. I also have about a five gallon storage tank with 24 psi on that. What could be my problem? Thanks in advace for any responses.

Probably the 24 psi captive air pressure, most RO tanks have 7 psi. Raising it reduces the volume of product water.

Test both the raw and treated water for TDS, if the reduction is less than say 50%, the membrane may need to be replaced.
