I need some help. I've got a Kenmore fridge that is about 1 1/2 years old. It has the icemaker in the freezer. The ice maker will make ice, but it will not dump it into the tray. What happens is the water freezes, the plastic rake will spin around and move the ice out of the molds, then when the ice gets to the point where it should slide across the top and fall into the tray.....it gets stuck. If I leave it, the ice will freeze to the plastic rake and I have to break it loose. Also, at this point, the metal arm that turns the maker on/off is about 1/4 inch from being all the way down. If I push it the rest of the way down (and the ice is not frozen to the rake), it will continue to cycle and the ice will dump on it's own. Any idea why this is happening? The arm does not appear to be bent or binding.

Thank you for your help.
