If you pull the plug the water keeps coming? The only way to get it to stop is turn off the water faucets? If yes, you have a bad water inlet valve. They usually fail on the cold water side. This is a very comon washer repair problem across all brands.

While this is not my area of expertise, I did run across this information on the following website you may find helpful.

Sounds like you may have a loose or sensor hose. If you can get to the back side of the level switch, you will see a clear tube attached to it. As the tub fills with water, the air pressure in this tube increases. When it reaches a point set by the level switch it should shut off the water. If this tube gets a pin hole in it, becomes loose or is pinched somewhere, it will not signal the water inlet valve to shut off.
Easy way to check: replace this hose with a short piece of tubing. While the washer is filling with water, blow into the tube. If the water inlet valve shuts off, you need to check the orginal tube.
If this doesn't work, than you will have to look at the sensor itself, inlet valve and associated wiring.
