I am replacing a post and it's footing in the basement. I saw this plastic footing and pier form on TOH. It looks good and the info on the website sounds good, but I can't find a supply house in chicago that sells them.

I only need one...all the different supply shops and some of them have never heard of them.

Anybody use these forms? Is it worth it for me to get a hold of one or do i just fill the hole with concrete and rebar set the plate and move on.

thanks
dave
