Been doing some research on replacing bricks for the outside of a home. It doesn't look to tough to cut/chip out a brick, clean it up, apply mortar and put it back in, then clean up excess.

Just wondering if anyone has ever done it, is there any tricks/tips to help out. Is it as easy as it looks?

Thanks!
