What would cause a toilet to burp (blow air) out of the bowl water inlet at the bottom of the bowl when the toilet is flushed??

The toilet flushes fine except for when the handle is pressed that the toilet lets out this big burst of air before the flushing process.

Some toilets do this, it is the design by the manufacture.

That could be. The only reason I asked the question was because I have 4 toilets that are all the same model and there is only 1 that seems to "burp".

Could be the one that was a bad mold, but don't worry about it.
