I have a Kenmore washer that will not agitate or spin. It does sound like the motor is running but it does not do anything else. Can you tell me what I need to do to get it running again? Thanks

Hello,

I had a similar problem with my Kenmore washer. Last night I changed out the coupling and finished the load my wife started 2 days ago!

:D I've got it torn down and can see that the coupling is the problem. I will have to wait until after Turkey day to get the part. Did you get this at the Sears Department store or repair shop?
