I have searched through as many threads as I possibly can to find the answer to this question. I know someone has asked it previously.
My contractor is quite unexperienced at this laminate business which I did not know when I hired him. Here is my question. How is he supposed to finish off the edge of the laminate around the bathtub. The edge of the tub is not straight...it has some decorative edge on it which protrudes out so I'm not sure what kind (if any) transition piece can be used. It would need to be something flexible. The laminate will be running parallel to the tub. Is a clear sealer caulk the only option?
Thanks much :p

I wouldn't take the chance of butting it up against the tub and using caulk.
There are rubber transitions that can be used in these cases.
