Insulation, Radiant and Vapor Barriers - Foam Board or SPRAY-Foam FOR garage door panels?

I need to insulate the panels of my roll-up garage doors as I work in it and I live in a cold climate. The spray-foam, 2-component stuff is very pricey (FomoFoam), so I was wondering if the 1 1/2 foam boards at Home Depot will give me the same effect?

I'd definitely go with the foam boards! Pricing, ease of attachment, better looking when you're done, and it's the standard way of insulating garage doors. 1 1/2" thick may be a bit much though, I think the ones on my doors are about 1" but whatever will fit into the "depth" of the door panels is good.

More important than that, GET YOUR FEET OFF THE CONCRETE FLOOR. Even if you just lay some 2" X 4"s on edge and nail a piece of plywood to them. You need to INSULATE yourself from the floor. Just laying something on the floor will just conduct the cold up, so get an air space in between. If your feet are cold, you'll be cold and miserable.

Oh, yeah, make sure you have a good seal around the doors as well.

You said "panels". Do you mean individual panels that fit in between horizontal and vertical supports that allow you to remove one panel at a time (if removable at all) or the long horizontal sections that actually make up the door? If there are seperating sections they probably aren't insulated (and may not be capable of doing so). If this is the case, I would go with the styro-panels.
I have not seen the 2 component spray foam. If you go with the typical spray in foam, be sure you get the low compression stuff. The origininal had a habit of expanding SO much in a confined area that it split boards and even moved things such as window and door frames.
