have a 90 model volvo penta DP that sat for 7 years. the hydrolic trim and tilt cylinders are leaking from within ( my guess the o-rings have harden ) is it possible to put a stop leak fluid in them in hopes of stoping theis minor leak.

I think I would accept fate and resolve that the o-rings are dry-rotted.
Rebuilding them is a perfect winter job. Make sure to start soaking the nuts and lines now. I use PB Blaster.
