I finally finished the dresser, now I need to find some hardware. I can already see this is going to be a problem, the drawer pulls are long, and there is no where around here that carries hardware at all for dressers. Any suggestions? Do you know of or recommend any catalogs? Also, how do I measure, is it between the two screws that determines the size I need? And if I have to go with something else, what should I do about the two holes in my drawers from the previous hardware?

First, here are three web sites that offer free catalogs. They all offer a wide range of hardware, although I'm listing them in order of my preference.
Their catalogs can be ordered over the internet.

http://www.constantines.com
http://www.rockler.com
The easiest way to measure the holes is to measure from the edge of one hole to the same edge on the adjacent hole, rather than trying to measure center to center. This will give you the measurement you need. When looking at the catalogs, this measurement is usually labeled 'bore', so be sure to look for a matching dimension.
If it becomes necessary to fill the holes, I typically use a dowel rod inserted and glued, then touchup the exterior to hide the repair (if the new hardware doesn't cover the old holes).
